As an EWU student, you are also a valuable EWU CUSTOMER of the services that we deliver. Hence, it is important for us to know your level of satisfaction with our services so that EWU can develop continuous improvement strategies for the future.
As such, The EWU Office of Institutional Effectiveness is launching 3 Customer Satisfaction surveys so that you can tell us how satisfied you are with the University’s service delivery efforts. Each survey is anonymous and should take only a few minutes to complete.
You should receive all surveys via your official EWU email address. Look for:
- Spring 2024 Student Support Services Satisfaction Survey,
- Spring 2024 Student Facilities and Safety Satisfaction Survey, and
- Spring 2024 Student Library Satisfaction Survey.
